Printing process-hot stamping process

With the continuous advancement and development of technology, hot stamping technology has more innovations in the application of materials and processes, enriching the expression of printing technology, and now there are seven main hot stamping processes:

Ping-hot: The most common bronzing, surrounded by white, to highlight the bronzing body. Compared with other hot stamping, the production process is relatively simple. If the quantity is small, zinc sheet hot stamping can be used.

Anti-scalding: contrary to the flat ironing method, the theme part is left white, and the background part is bronzing. The size of the hot stamping area depends on the design requirements of the screen. If the gold foil area is large, it is necessary to consider whether the adhesion performance meets the process requirements.

Folding hot: When the hot stamping version is made, the main image and the background image are separated by different thicknesses or lines, forming a refractive effect, emphasizing the artistic sense of the graphic line, usually using a laser engraving version.

Multiple hot: Repeat the bronzing more than twice in the same graphic area, it needs to be processed several times, and also must pay attention to whether the two gold foils are compatible to prevent the adhesion is not strong.

Stereo hot: the same as bronzing, but the three-dimensional bronzing pays more attention to the bronzing texture rather than the embossing effect. Usually, the embossed bronzing plate is used, and the height of the embossing needs to be able to withstand the surface tension of the gold foil. After the processing of the three-dimensional bronzing technology, the product has a three-dimensional effect of embossing. Therefore, the pre-printing and post-scaling process is adopted. Due to its high precision and high quality requirements, colleagues are more suitable to use hot stamping technology, just as you can imagine. Similarly, designers should carefully consider texture, weight, gold foil, and ink when choosing paper or other carrier materials for the three-dimensional bronzing process. The alignment of the front and back is also crucial. At the same time, the thickness of the paper limits the quality and effectiveness of the finished product during the job. For example, paper that is too thin or has low toughness can cause a wide range of crack problems.

Special effect texture hot stamping: According to the needs of creativity, special effect hot stamping is produced to highlight different special mechanism effects.
